At Whitley's Peanut Factory, we take pride in the quality of our hand-cooked gourmet peanuts and confections. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can make it right through a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    For quality control purposes, please provide photos of any shipping damage or quality concerns related to the product packaging.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm your eligibility for a direct replacement.

  • 4.
    Resolution Processing

    Once approved, we will ship your replacement items immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
