How do you ensure the quality and freshness of your peanuts?
We select only the highest quality 'super extra-large' Virginia peanuts. Each batch is hand-cooked in small quantities using our traditional family recipe to ensure maximum crunch and flavor before being vacuum-sealed for freshness.
What is the shelf life of Whitley's Peanuts?
Unopened tins of our cooked peanuts generally have a shelf life of up to one year. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 2-4 weeks and keeping the lid tightly sealed to maintain their signature crispness.
Do you offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or international addresses?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes via USPS. At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website, but please contact customer service for special inquiries.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a complimentary gift message. We will print your message on the packing slip to ensure your recipient knows who the delicious treat is from.
Are your products processed in a facility with other allergens?
Yes, our products are processed in a facility that also handles tree nuts, milk, soy, and wheat. Please refer to the specific nutritional label on each product for detailed allergen information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
